At Trelowen Property Management we understand and appreciate the local area better than anyone else. After all, it's our home too!

Trelowen Property Management is a family-run business, offering our customers a reliable, friendly and  proactive service. Whether it’s a home or garden project, or the smooth running of your holiday let,  we’re always at the end of the phone and happy to assist in whatever way we can.  Since 2022 our professional and friendly team has been helping local people create beautiful homes, and we want to do the same for you.

We are a husband-and-wife team, David & Rebecca who made North Cornwall our home in 2009. We soon settled into a whole new way of life, where traffic jams were replaced with coastal walks and fast-paced life was replaced with ‘dreckly’, the Cornish version of mañana; without the hurry!

Rebecca became unwell a few years ago, which was a turning point in our working lives. It quickly became apparent that we needed a change in direction, and so, struggling to find a company that met all our own personal needs we set up our own and Trelowen Property Management was born.

Of course, none of this would be possible without having a fantastic team around us! We are truly blessed with a network of people who share our vision in providing an outstanding and bespoke service for our customers.

With different skillsets that work together seamlessly, David (a whirlwind of energy) heads up the team as operations manager, where he oversees all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

Rebecca offers commercial awareness and supports with account management and administration.  

Outside of our busy work life, we love to go off on adventures - oh, how we live for our holidays! The planning, the anticipation and that feeling of driving away, leaving all our cares behind for a week or two!

We have stayed in some beautiful places and received some memorable service from hospitality staff, who were willing to go the extra mile. It's with that in mind and serving as inspiration that we really want to centre our business around offering a premium service for guests – the kind of service that we, ourselves,  would like to receive.
